Junior Gymnastics

A class for children aged 3-14 years old to learn the fundamentals of gymnastics.

This is an intensive class that will push the bodys boundaries through flexibility training, strength training, backbends, flips, handstands, partnered acrobatics and aerial silks, hoops, straps and rope.

While we offer classes from 3 years old (due to gymnastics being a dangerous sport) we must insist that this class only be taken if your child has reached an appropriate developmental stage to listen, concentrate and focus for prolonged periods.
